My review is detailed in the section what was bad because everything was bad! The management didn't care and I checked out only a few hours after checking in. It would have been sooner but I literally checked in, left my luggage and rushed to the 76ers game. In the short time I was there, I was disgusted and appalled. I called half time from the game to complain. I got no resolution from the hotel nor the hotel supplier'scustomer service. At the game I literally booked the Marriott. After the game I checked out and checked into where I should have started my evening. I left without a refund or any compensation and no one cared! But I refused to subject myself to this terrible, low standard. Save yourself and pay a little extra to sleep in comfort and a more aesthetically pleasing environment.
Liked: Nothing was good about this hotel. The absolute worse hotel experience.
Disliked: Everything! Rude and unconcerned staff. Disrespectful and unaccomodating. The halls and room had a terrible stench. The towels and sheets were stained. The blanket had cigarette burns. The lights didn't work. The furniture was antiquated and old. The heater was battered and unsightly. The rugs are stained badly. The elevator tiles were moved or missing. Walls were dirty, damaged and unsightly. Overall worst experience. So much so I checked out, without compensation or refund and booked the Marriott! The Marriott never fails.

It was horrible. I would not recommend that anyone stays at this hotel if you are looking for comfort and quality.
Disliked: I was very disappointed with the service we received from Raj at the front desk as well as the condition of the hotel. The carpet in the hallway and rooms were dirty. The elevator was not clean either. Although the hotel rooms have no smoking signs on the door the entire 3rd floor where we were located smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. Our room smelled liked smoke and mildew. One of the lights was not working in the bedroom. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. The experience was so bad we decided to check out the same night a few hours later and booked another hotel for the night.

Perfect place to stay overnight...
Liked: close to Airport and quick 24 hr shuttle
Disliked: towels, some smell and on stained. Cleanliness is questionable.

Would not stay here ever...
Liked: The shuttle that picked me up was OK. The driver had all these $20 bills displayed on a clipboard - to guilt you into paying a tip. I thought that was horrible. I had another shuttle-driver - he was from the African continent - he was a most hospitable gracious driver. He was the best part of my trip. The morning offerings were passable. The location was very close to the Ruby Tuesday - and bus stop.
Disliked: Very Very Very Very Thin Walls - the couple next door was having sex while I had a online meeing - I heard every SINGLE MOAN!!!! My bed shook when theirs did!!!! I also had to call for them to fix the sink plumbing - at first I demanded a room change - but they came with a plunger and all kinds of gunk came out of the basin sink- YUCCHY!!! PLUS THE HAMPTON INN WAS NEXT TO THEM - I am sorry I didn't stay there instead -the Microtel carpet awful - I was happy to only be staying two night. The sheets were crumpled like they've never been changed....I expcted better since it was under the Wyndham brand - just a NO!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL,...
Disliked: The shuttle was dirty, seats falling apart. The front desk clerk was rude. There was a sign posted that a $100 charge/hold will be placed on your credit card and issued back in 7-10 business days for incidentals. What incidentals? there was no restaurant, I have a cell phone. i asked what that was for and he said incidentals. I asked what incidentals? He couldn’t tell me. I told him no you will not charge my card. He argued with me that he had to charge me. I said no you won’t. I am just sleeping in the bed, getting up and leaving for the airport before 6 am. This went back and forth for a few minutes. He then yelled and me ok I won’t charge you. He proceeded to check me in and asked for my credit card, I reiterated not to charge the $100. He brought the invoice over slammed it on the desk and circled the amount with a pen several times and said see I didn’t charge you. I thanked him picked up my key and went to my room. I just came back from 3 weeks in Ireland and Paris and during those 3 weeks I never walked into a room and felt like it was dirty, until this one. The bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing, the carpets needed a good scrubbing. The sheets were clean, I checked for bed bugs, none. At this point I was so tired and struggling with a head cold, I just wanted to sleep. I asked my sister what she wanted to do and she said sleep. So we stayed. I am surprised that this Hotel uses the Name of MICROTEL INN AND SUITES BY WYNDHAM GARDEN. I have stayed at many Microtel Inn and Suites, but never like his one.
