Overall, I enjoyed my stay...

Liked: Location was easily accessible, facilities were quite clean and modern. My room had good AC.
Disliked: There was only one front-desk person, and when we checked-in, I went to my room and was shocked as there was another person already staying in there. It turns out that the front-desk person gave the wrong key to the person (that room was mine but the key was given to someone else). Thankfully, the person staying there was a female and we were both in shock. The front-desk person did apologize profusely for it, and I understand but it was a bit traumatizing, I'm sure for the person staying there it's even worse.

Liked: Convenient for family visit.CleanThe room was good, fridge tea and coffee facilities.Wonderful breakfast staff
Disliked: Not much sound insulation.You can hear everything from footsteps upstairs and outside, air conditioning from other rooms exceedingly loud.Too much light coming into room.Breakfast was not good the first day, as they didn't have a delivery, and the poor lady was running around trying to fill up what was available, but not enough hands, she kept smiling and apologising. Doing whatever she could.The next day it was so much better.

Liked: It was beautiful outside with flowers and shrubs!
Disliked: The breakfast was chaotic, ran out of food and long line-ups. Staff were complaining about people showing up 1/2 an hour before it closed. When people are on vacations they maybe don’t get up at 7:00am 🤷‍♀️
