I would return happily!

Liked: Location, outdoor seating, approachable front desk staff...The breakfast workers were very kind, friendly and caring to clients.Hard workers and kept ahead of clients....keeping it well stocked and clean. Front desk- thanks for helping us with finding less plump pillows! Greatly appreciated going beyond your duties....trying to help us out. Your resourcefulness worked! As a visitor, I appreciated their smiles and welcoming to all guests.

Superb

Beds were comfortable but everything...

Liked: We liked the outdoor area to sit and have food. The hotel itself was ok. A bit far from everything so a car is needed.
Disliked: The website says daily cleaning but that didn’t happen. One day was missed, the next day they just emptied the recycling and garbage. Bed wasn’t made. The linen was just thrown on the bed messy, no replacement coffee or cups, no replacement toilet paper. I talked to a cleaner outside and he said all of that is done daily but when I went to the desk, I was told it was only done every 3 days. We also didn’t get any breakfasts on our last day as they ran out of food by 8am. Doesn’t say on the website “while supplies last”.

Liked: Very accommodating to family, couples or single person. All the amenities you could ask for including a beautiful updated outside outside kitchen for cooking your own meals or lunch. Liquor store, gas station and A&W just a walk away. Love taking our kids here for quick and affordable leisure time! :)

Liked: Great for the kids, the pool and slide was a big hit. Close to downtown ladysmith and nanaimo, friendly staff and clean
Disliked: Breakfast was limited for my wife who does not eat meat or dairy.

Liked: Good breakfast. Quiet room. Easily accessible off the highway. Nice surroundings with a stream nearby. Grandkids loved the pool. No issues.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious! The cinnamon buns could’ve been a little warmer. The waterslide was super fun. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were so soft in the rooms. Even though this was close to the highway, and our room was very close, it was still quiet enough that we slept easily
Disliked: The towels at the pool could’ve been larger and had more available and there should’ve been more available
