Practically Perfect in Every Way

Liked: Staff member that checked me in was pleasant and chatted with ease. Showers were hotWaffle maker Beds were comfortable All areas were clean
Disliked: We really wished the TV would have been hooked to wifi for casting a movie from our phone.

Disliked: The walking dead it look like somebody tried to push my door in on my box truck good thing I had a lock on it parking could be better for bobtail trucks other than that beside the junkies next door

Horrible, will never visit again...

Liked: Staff accommodated late arrival, was friendly but not professional.
Disliked: Parking was not adequate, persons loitering in parking lot, facility not maintained and not clean. Smelled like mildew. Stains on bed linen.

Disliked: My tv did not work. Only 2 ceiling lights worked. There wasn't a trash can in the room. There was no soap bar in the bathroom.

Disliked: When we got in the room. There wasn’t very many towels. I called down to the front desk to get more towels and the lady asked me why I needed more towels. There was only 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels and 1 wash clothes. When there is 2 people you need more than that. She was rude about it

Liked: The location of the hotel was in a Central location and very near my family that reside in OKC and the surrounding areas. There were plenty of stores to shop at and the area was very populated with a variety of different restaurants.
Disliked: I don't like to get dressed to leave the hotel for breakfast. I prefer to go down, eat a traditional hot breakfast and return to my room. Your hotel chain only now serves the cold breakfast with the mostly bread and cold cereal. A hot waffle can be made, but that's time consuming and several people are standing in line just to make them for themselves. My family and I desire eggs, bacon, sausages, etc..... Therefore we dress and just go out to eat. It Costs a little more, but other than that, we were satisfied.
