Staff friendly. Good value for the price.

This stay was not what...

Liked: The room had air conditioning, decent TV service, a refrigerator, and a nice bathroom.
Disliked: The hotel had a rundown appearance on the inside. My room floor was not completely vacuumed, and the sheets on my bed were not clean and felt very gritty underneath the covers. Additionally, there was hair in the bathroom sink that was not mine, and there were no outlets next to the bed, on either side of it. The entire building smelled of cigarette smoke, and the owner was not very personable or pleasant during my checkout. I booked my room through booking.com and was assured that I would not be required to pay any money at the property. The hotel would not allow me to check in without paying a $50 deposit. I was not expecting to have to pay anything because my room was paid for in advance. I was not prepared to pay a deposit, and a deposit was not disclosed to me when I made the reservation. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the front desk employee had trouble finding my information.

Liked: We did not stay there.
Disliked: Room was like a box, I got claustrophobic. The bathroom seemed bigger than the room. Lobby was small, It smelt like elderly people or weed. Grounds looked trashy.
