Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham New Braunfels

Property not as advertised.

Liked: Front desk guy explained where everything was.
Disliked: Pics way different from real property in terms of cleanliness.Area unsafe.Outside of floors and small appliances, everything else looks beat up. Walls, bath, etc.

I wouldn’t do it again

Liked: The location. Waffles were great.
Disliked: The parking area was covered in nails, I advised the staff. Two days later it was still there. The rooms were dirty, remote had sticky stuff on it phones and furniture covered in dust. I can say this as my son and I moved rooms twice. The walls are thin you can hear people having conversations. Don’t stay on the lower levels because you can hear people walking. I couldn’t sleep till the people above me stopped jumping around and walking till 3am. The elevator is shaking and takes a long time. Many on the channels for the tv have audio only. So if you like sleeping with a tv on but don’t want the added light that’s a cool option. Not so much if you enjoy the more popular channels since you can’t actually watch it.

Liked: My stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites New Braunfels, TX, was nothing short of excellent! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, always friendly and attentive. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area's attractions. I truly appreciated the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Braunfels.
