Clean, easy access to highway...

Liked: Rooms were close together. Rooms were initially clean. Hotel was close to our destination and easy access to the highway.
Disliked: We stayed for 3 days with 2 rooms. Housekeeping never showed up. Both rooms had lights out in the bathroom. The Hotel is in need of basic maintenance (peeling paint, elevator floors). The hotel is very close to the highway and the highway noise is quite loud.

Disliked: Staff rude and gave permission for someone not on my account access to my room when I said not to open the door or give a key to the room. And he didn’t care he was rude .

Liked: location ok but immediately next to the 101 freeway, so even though requested the most quiet area, traffic noise still an issue.Front desk guy courteous and helpful. Told property doesn't accept cash---should know this at booking. We worked it out.Breakfast marginal. Having decent coffee and some food that is not frozen and highly processed would be an improvement.
Disliked: Walls are quite thin, so stacking people right next to one another when the hotel is not busy should be avoided. The people next to me were audible, esp. at 4 or 5 in the morning--coupled with the traffic noise which started to pick up around 4:30 a.m.
