Liked: I go periodically to visit my son who lives in Salida. I always stay at the Microtel Inn. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I like a certain room and am usually able to request it. The rooms are clean, comfortable and pleasant. I have a hybrid car that charges on a regular house current which I am able to do on their back door plug. There are also several faster chargers for those cars that need them. Free breakfast is available too.
Disliked: Liked everything.but

Don’t forget your eye glasses....

Liked: Nice big room that was comfortable.
Disliked: Staff was very rude and right after I check out and got to my car I noticed I left my eye glasses next to my bed. Ran back up to the room and house keepers already had room stripped, didn’t see my $350 eye glasses where they were and asked them and they stated they did not see them. They were there 10 mins prior.

Liked: It’s was a good property just not what I was looking for but still amazing stay wonderful staff pool and hot tub amazing!
Disliked: N/a

Nice stay but won’t go...

Liked: The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the location is near quite a few food places.
Disliked: They put a hold on my card for a deposit (which is normal) they released it and then put the hold back on my card two days later. We only stayed one night and no damage was done to the room.
