Cheaper isn't better

Liked: Bed was decently comfortable, water was hot, and the microwave and fridge were nice. Staff was friendly. Price was decent.
Disliked: We had incredibly loud neighbors for all three nights. Finally on the last night I went down at 1030 (quiet hours start at 10) and asked the front desk to talk to them because they were blaring music. We kept having to ask (a total of four times in 3 hours) before I assume the front desk threatened to call police or at least said something to make them shut up. I wish something had been done the first or second time because we lost a lot of sleep and it really ruined the experience. We felt like the staff wasn't super helpful in that moment. They didn't offer to switch our room or anything.

Very comfortable, clean hotel.

Liked: Food was okay, many of the items were empty or gone.
Disliked: Young kids playing with some of the food.

Pool closed, subpar breakfast

Liked: Room was nice. Pool was closed for draining and cleaning. Would have been nice to know before hand, not at check in. The front desk said it’s a planed thing they do yearly, so definitely something they could add to the website prior to booking. Breakfast was subpar. We were there for sports, so I would dedicated book again.
