Liked: 2nd time we have stayed here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Disappointing

Disliked: Tub creaked and plumbing incorrectly installed. Bed linens had stains. Curtain was partially btoken

Disliked: The hotel was overall dirty, the rooms had odor and damages and stains everywhere throughout the room. The bathrooms were not cleaned. The staff attempted to cover the smell with plug-in air fresheners which made it even worse.

Disliked: Exit door latch broke creating easy entrance for anyone. Shower rod falling out of wall.

Disliked: Laundry room is not working and it's necessary for customers.Front desk was rude.
