Disliked: Cops are around often. The advertising never mentions that they cater to people DSS. They should've at least put it down there so we can have a choice to stay there or not. False advertising

Liked: It was close to the hospital my dad was in. I came from Long Island to see him
Disliked: This facility serves the homeless and less fortunate, which was not mentioned in its advertising. I notice many police officers are present here every day, and it makes me feel scared for my safety due to some individuals in the area. Additionally, I was placed in three different rooms before I finally received a clean one. The first room smelled of urine, and the second one reeked of cigarette smoke.

Disliked: I’m not sure what is going on but I used to stay in this hotel a few years ago and it was great, now it seems that homeless people are living in this hotel and every night it is loud and people are standing around outside the front door smoking weed and or having a psychotic episode. The rooms don’t have all the soap or towels just about every time I stay here. I’m not interested in traveling for work and having to listen to people screaming at each other in the other rooms or eyeing me up when I walk in the building or camping out in the lobby having social hour. I won’t stay here again. It’s a shame that it’s better to stay at a motel 8. Like I said I stayed here every two weeks for two years between 2020-2022. It was wonderful. I come back 3 months ago and it’s terrible.
