Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room smelled heavily of Marijuana and cigarettes in a non-smoking room. The first room we were offered was worse. It was very dirty. There was mold on the floor tiles in the bathroom. We left after 3 hours because my son had an asthma attack from the smoke in the room. I asked for a refund, but the manager never called back.

Liked: Staff was super friendly.. she fixed it so my kids were across the hall from me.. as close as we could get.. originally they were in 2 floor
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact the side door to my knowledge never locked .. outside bed sheets had a yellowed stain (big).. the other room we rented had a drippy shower and air conditioning wasn’t working well and had a bottle of pop still in the freezer..

Liked: The night staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Reaked of cigarette smoke. Not cleaned thoroughly. No soap in the shower. Waffle machines were broken. The juice machine was broken and leaking all over the floor. Corporate needs to spend some money here.
