Superb

Liked: Room was clean, bed was comfortable. A/C was working wonderfully!
Disliked: No closet at all, but strange pegs in the wall that we could only assume was for hanging things up. Sort of looked like a kindergarten class.

Would stay here again

Liked: The breakfast and breakfast area are very nice. The rooms are good sized with lots of space, including the bathroom.
Disliked: To use the washer and dryer you’re required to download an app, put money on the app, and then scan the washer and dryer. After putting money onto the app, it would not scan the washer or dryer. So we basically lost money there. Also, you have to use your key card to “plug in” your room. Anytime we left our room, our room shut off. That means our air-conditioning turned off whenever we left, and when we returned we had to cool down the room, which took a while.

Disliked: AC was too cold. Staff was indifferent. I asked to have room cleaned. Didn’t happen

Disliked: All the staff at the reception desk are completely incompetent. I've booked through Booking.com, and they didn't know how to charge me or what the charges were. Then they refused to give me a receipt. Then, when I reached a hotel manager, they apologized and offered me 5000 points for Windam Membership. But even assigned membership and points weren't recognized by Wyndham. For all my multiple stays in hotels, I have never come across such incompetence at the front desk.
