I had a pleasant, comfortable...

Liked: The employees were friendly, the building and room was clean and the food was good.
Disliked: The prices of the drinks and snacks sold. It would be good if there was a movie channel.

Liked: The friendliness and welcoming nature of the staff. Excellent breakfast, and you can tell they are working to update the entire hotel. Room was super nice despite my worry when I saw the halls being a little messy.
Disliked: Our only complaint is that there were hairs on the shower wall when we got there and our window lock was broken... Everything else about the room was honestly top tier though!

Disappointing

Liked: It was okay. The bed was comfortable. But it felt more like a full than a queen.
Disliked: Well.. coming from someone that has worked in the hotel business for 4 years. It was not what i was expecting the room was clean beside our tube there was hair on top of the drain and the drain is clogged. The pool was nasty my husband said it seemed like someone spit a luigi in the pool and the floor was trashed. Will not be back.
