Great Value for the Price

Liked: Great value for the price, nice breakfast, clean accommodation, friendly and accommodating staff
Disliked: Walls were thin (we heard the TV and the cell phone conversation from the neighbor), homeless people in the vicinity (but all friendly and minded their own business)

Rm 206 very disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable and appeared to be the only thing actually clean in the room.I felt safe and that's important as a single woman traveling for a family emergency. I was able to rest well after I finally got in the room at around 9:00pm. I did wait about 40 minutes for that room to finally get "cleaned".
Disliked: There is no elevator which is not advertised and when asked why not they said well it's only two floors. That was a disappointing answer. For someone who has knee issues that's something I would like to have known in advance.The room is dirty. I brought it to the attention of the manager and because there wasn't another room available he said he'd clean it. What he did end up cleaning was the refrigerator which had a bunch of spilled something in it and the microwave had food particles and a whole french fry still inside. After spilling water on the floor I used one of their towels to wipe it up and the towel turned black from crud on the floor in the bathroom. At best this room had a cursory cleaning.
