Love it, will be back

Liked: Absolutely phenomenal hotel with a great price. I travel for work and have been to quite the range of hotels. While the offered breakfast is a bit lackluster, it's hardly a problem considering the pricing for quality cleaning, and quality service from the staff. Absolutely love this hotel, and have decided to stay here while in Lexington Kentucky for forever.
Disliked: There is only one set of washer and dryers so while on my stay I was working around everyone else's wash schedules but this was very manageable.

My room

Liked: The staff are nice. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I specifically requested a room on the Main floor so my disabled mother could stay with me some. I was on the 2nd floor. My friend who booked 40 min after I did got placed on the first floor. Go figure. The room was dirty. I showed pics to the front desk and she was very apologetic. The shampoo soap and conditioner bottles were all empty and fell off the wall. There was obvious funky build up behind them that housekeeping would have seen had they bothered to look. I was there for 3 nights and had zero housekeeping. Had to get clean towels from they front desk. There was hair on the floor behind both the entrance and the bathroom door. There was trash left from the last person in the under part of the desk area. I wiped all the surfaces with Lysol wipes that I brought with me and the surfaces were all dusty or dirty…some were sticky. The microwave and fridge was also dirty I will stay again because of the price, but will check the room before I agree to the room. I am just really disappointed this trip.

Budget stay

Liked: Convenient location, friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms
Disliked: There was a specific terrible smell in the room. Good thing we came late at night and left early in the morning.
