Convenient and comfortable

Liked: It was convenient to the area I wanted to be in. I was moved to another room because the initial room smelled badly of urine.
Disliked: You could hear the neighboring rooms like they were in your room. The mirror behind the headboard was kind of weird.

Truly UNSATISFIED customers!

Liked: The lady in the morning at check out made us feel like she heard our concerns and was going to actually do something about them. She took our email address and said that she was going to have the general manager take care of it when “she got in later” that morning. However, we have still not heard anything from any one!
Disliked: Upon entry to the hotel there was no one at the front desk. We rang the bell only to wait and finally have someone come and seem as if we were interrupting him and his time by arriving. After that any time we went to the front he was either sitting in the back watching a movie on his tablet and would not even get up to come to the front desk to speak with us, he would speak from there with his eyes glued to the screen or he wasn’t there at all. When we entered our room we found long brown hair and pubic hair (yes, pubic hair!) in the bathroom, in the middle of the floor and all in the base of the shower. There was also a dead bug smashed against the wall in the bathroom next to the garbage can. In the sleeping area next to the fridge there was something splattered all over the side of the fridge and garbage can. There was some weird brown stain on the bed sheet of the 1 bed and something smeared all across the top of the mirror. The desk had some sticky stuff all over the top of it and the television remote was also sticky and disgusting!The fact that the lady in the morning seemed to have showed great concern and stated that we would be hearing from the general manager and we have not is the reason we are posting this. Maybe they should have someone go through and check the rooms AFTER their housekeepers are “done” so that they can make sure that they aren’t just doing a “quick run through” and NOT doing their job’s accurately. I get it was a Friday but still no one wants to pay as much as we did for one night and have to deal with all that.

Liked: Staff was excellent, room was spacious
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better and they only had 1 waffle maker for the entire hotel

Liked: The rate for room, beds were okay.
Disliked: The breakfast was not the best, limited choices. Seen roaches the last couple days of stay in bathroom.

Liked: Excellent stay. The front desk and housekeeping were excekkent..told them about clogged drain and maintenance took care of it right away

Liked: I liked that it was a Good Location everything was close.
Disliked: When I had the Do Not Disturb Sign housekeeping they still Nock my Door and Try to open it few times. bathroom need to be more clean.
