Liked: The breakfast was okay. The Hotel is away from everything, food, gas, etc. Thank goodness for GPS when you don't know the area. Thanks for providing us with a restaurant list. That was great.
Disliked: The pool was not running yet and the hot tub area was pretty dirty.

Dirty old hotel that doesn’t...

Disliked: Breakfast was not good so my family skipped breakfast at the hotel. Elevator has torn up carpet, overall feeling of old and dingy hotel. My reservation was not held so I ended up with a queen bed room with a fold out bed for my kids. I booked a two queen room, staff told me a baseball team came in before me and got my room. It doesn’t pay to make a reservation there. Next time I will stay at holiday inn express on the other end of Washburn. It costs a little more but well worth it when you can eat breakfast, no dingy feel and they keep your reservation.

Liked: The location was convenient, the rate was good, and the staff was fantastic. I traveled with my dog and the hotel is very accommodating to dogs. My dog eats fresh food that needs to be kept frozen until ready to eat and the staff member at the front desk offered to store it in the hotel's freezer which was very much appreciated. plenty of grass for potty walks and poop bag stations. The room was an 8.5/10 on cleanliness. There are multiple places to grab food and there is a walmart 2 minutes away.
Disliked: The only con: There is an airport close by and a ton of military fighter jets were taking off throughout the morning which were insanely loud. Not sure if that happens on a regular basis, but did not happen overnight. The main reason it was a con is because it was scary for my dog. I am happy with my stay overall and would stay here again if i return to the area.

Liked: The breakfast was awesome. There was a fairly good selection of food and fruit.
Disliked: I think I was in a handicap room. It had a hospital atmosphere feel, not comfy. The mirror in the bathroom was very dirty.

Liked: The staff is excellent. Will stay there whenever I am in Klamath Falls!
