Very nice hotel, just some...

Liked: It was nice and clean, and. I let remodeled.
Disliked: The front desk lady was all over the place. We got there kind of late, and I was just ready to lay down after a 12 hour drive. The front lady at the desk seemed very confused about what she was doing. I did already have a reservation. She sent us to a room that already had someone sleeping in it. When I went back down she was confused about that room having someone in it. Then it took another half an hour to figure out another room for us. Then she seemed unsure if that one had anyone in it also and wanted to follow us up to the room. I was a little annoyed by this because I was just so tired after the drive and I wanted to just sleep. Everything else about the hotel was amazing!
