Liked: Beds were clean & comfortable. There was fruit at breakfast.
Disliked: Shower didn't drain properly & we had to stand in ankle deep, soapy water. No mini fridge, clock, coffeepot, or microwave.

Disliked: clean the room everyday not when I have to ask you too. you took out one bed in a dbl bed room and had nowhere to sit and the bed sucked. I will never stay there again !!!

Disliked: GPS took me off route, so I had a difficult time finding the hotel. When I called the hotel for directions, no one answered. I ended up calling a friend who had lived in Joplin, and he told me the exit to take. You may want to contact Google Maps and ensure that your location is on their map. I kept getting routed to a rest stop.
