Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Indianapolis Airport

It's an inexpensive yet nice place to stay. There are also plenty of stores and restauraunts around.

Liked: It was very clean and the staff was pleasant.

Overall I was pleased with my stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Indianapolis - room was clean and met my expectations. The only thing that I was concerned with was the fact I had gone downstairs for a minute, left things in the room because checkout was not until noon and this was about 10:30 am. When I came back up to my room the door was wide open and there was a man in there cleaning it. Now, mind you, I still had my belongings in the bathroom, as well as in the room and was not very happy about this. I don't know if he thought that we were staying another night or not, because the beds were just re-made instead of being changed. After I saw this it got me wondering if they had changed the sheets from the person that stayed there before me. It also got me wondering about the overall cleanliness of the towels, etc. There wasn't a sign for me to hang on the door either to say "do not disturb" which I would have put on the door when I went downstairs for breakfast and to smoke.

Liked: Overall pleased with the stay, location and price.
Disliked: Not sure if the sheets were changed from previous customer or not.

Great hotel and staff. Nice clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again on next visit to Indy.

Very hot August night

Disliked: Lumpy beds and air conditioner wasn't working right, it was so hot in our room it was miserable, I went to front desk asking if they had a fan I could rent but they said no they didn't have any fans. I told staff how hot it & that my daughter has seizures if she gets to hot ,but nothing was done about it, they didn't offer a different room or even bother to come check the unit, & the lights over the bed wouldn't come on

Liked: Very helpful staff. I used the shuttle to and from the airport. It was on time with very friendly driver. The staff explained how to reserve it. Everything worked fine. I left too early for the breakfast.
