Liked: The property is generally quiet though it is surrounded by businesses.
Disliked: There were random ants in the room upon arrival and throughout the stay.

Disliked: the breakfast was the only negative thing i can say about our stay there. the orange juice was just orange water, the waffles were good, but the syrup was not. the biscuit and sausage were fine. they were out of oatmeal.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Disliked: We called in advance to make sure bring my rv to park for one night is ok. Emily said yes there is room so we came and parked in the back. The next morning Cindy decided to park right in the front of the truck so I could not get out then she wanted to act as if it wasn’t her. She was offended at the start and was telling me she had to look at the cameras and she did t need to see the tag I took a picture of because they do t register ther tags and they could not find who the person was based on that. She said it was shift change and it would take her a while to find out. Then she was in the back room talk to someone and said that was her trying to find out who the person was. Then she said she knew who it was and had to go upstairs to get the customers keys and move there car. Now at this point I wound weed whom in the world would give keys to a stringer to move there car. The we realized it was her car and she was imparted I guess because she acted very immature about the whole thing. She went up the elevator acting as if she was going g to get the keys and then came down and got in her car and moved with her loud music. So now with all this being said im not mad. It’s just that Cindy needs to grow up. You are using her as your front counter person. She needs more training in customer service.
