Liked: Breakfast options were limited but nice. Staff was nice.
Disliked: They charged me an extra 100$ claiming it was a deposit I'd get back at checkout and I never got it back.

Liked: As two airline employees who travel a lot on the company dime, the room was clean, quiet, along with quiet A/C unit, good shower pressure, nice towels, etc. We were visiting western Michigan and it made our trip that much better on very short notice.
Disliked: No TV remote upon entering the room, but that was easily rectified when we went out for dinner. Our third floor smelled like someone was either cooking in their room, or had just brought in some smelly dinner. Hallway only was affected.

It was ok.

Liked: Close to Saugatuck. I was able to access my room and it a bathroom / bed.
Disliked: There was no remote for the TV and I attempted to call the front desk using the phone in the room which did not work. TV did not work after obtaining a remote from the front desk, Shower bar was broken. The elevator was broken and had to take my luggage to the second floor by the way of the stairs. It very unlikely I would ever stay again.

Liked: Terrible I did get bed bug I call the company to request my money back and they never call me back for anything I did went to the ER and I was under antibiotics and ointment for 2 weeks
