Liked: Close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: The phones in our room 308 &306 did not work, so we had to go to the desk to ask for the second towel our room should have had.Shelf in 308 was still broken from last year and 3rd floor ice machine was still out of order.

Liked: 24 hours front desk, pet friendly , friendly staff

Will not stay here again.

Liked: The evening staff was very helpful
Disliked: The room and the elevator had a smell. The TV did not work. Was fixed once but if you shut it off would not work again. The next day went out and when we came back asked for fresh towels and was told they did not have any .

The staff were very nice...

Liked: The location was perfect. I appreciated that it was a reasonably priced hotel that was not in Morgantown.
Disliked: I was unable to adjust the air conditioning in my room. The room was clean, but it could’ve been a little bit better!

Disappointing

I had an unexpected longer...

Liked: I felt safe and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was clean and a good value for the price.
Disliked: My only slight disappointment was limited breakfast choices during the week.

It was not great.

Liked: The location was convenient and fit our need. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our bathroom shower curtain was filthy. The air conditioner was full of dust that was blowing into the room. The floors were clearly dirty. The wall of mirrors is weird and creepy. The rooms are not well insulated and you can hear the highway traffic ALL night. The furniture was dirty and falling apart in spots it was peeling. The hallway smelled of body odor. The elevator reeked of marijuana. Every time that my husband tried to get towels from the front desk he was told that they did not have any.
