My visit was very nice and pleasant.

Liked: The location and the room and check-in was smooth.
Disliked: Nothing.

Dated and dirty

Liked: Bed was nicely made
Disliked: Dirty. Room was old and dirty carpeting, walls, baton and tile. Tv was high up on wardrobe and facing outside so we couldn’t see it. When we walked in the room the cover of the ac unit was on the floor and not on the unit. We saw the inside of the air conditioner and it was filthy and needed to be cleaned. The breakfast was not great. I was grateful that they at least had juice and microwave breakfast sandwiches.

Liked: I always love the price and the location! It’s center to where I wanna be and works out amazingly! I was in town for freshman orientation at USM and it was the perfect spot to stay! Staff is amazing and always have a smile on their face!

Liked: The location. Nice and clean
Disliked: This has nothing to do with the hotel, but I wished the manager would have allowed the front desk person to handle check in and my questions without jumping in before he had a chance to answer. I used to be a manager and understand helping when needed but it didn't seem like he was training or needed help. Now they were extremely nice and helpful. It was just uncomfortable to watch and confusing know how to address.

Liked: They had frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich which was surprisingly good..and quicker than most hotel breakfast. Easy entrance and exit which is good for people with walking handicap
