Disliked: I reviewed all over 2 1/2 hrs 2 diff phone calls to Your Customer Serv Microtel the are waiting for you to contact them to refund full $$

Disliked: Undergoing renovations and the hallways were stripped of wallpaper and paint. It was not full by any means, and they could have put us in a better location

The hotel is okay and...

Liked: The beds seemed to be clean and were comfortable. The location was good for what we needed.
Disliked: The place really needs to be deep-cleaned and painted. It is definitely showing it's age and needs an infusion of cash. The clerks are nice enough but have a lot of free time on their hands. The beds were clean and comfy, but the bathroom barely had enough water pressure to wash your face and the toilet had to be flushed twice just to make sure it was totally flushed.The breakfast is quite a joke, with premade pancakes that you put through a machine, a number of sugary cereals and muffins, a couple of choices for fruit. Honestly, they would be better off not offering breakfast and just make a decent coffee.

Great little hotel with plenty...

Liked: Bar and restaurant at hotel. Fast food and gas stations also very close. Copperz near by is great as well. Always Clean and comfortable. Great location and value.

Disliked: The staff was not friendly at all and the room was barely bigger than a broom closet. Not worth spending almost $150 for one night.
