Disliked: During my recent stay, I encountered multiple issues that significantly impacted the quality of my visit. Due to ongoing construction noise, I had to be relocated to a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was also problematic, with cleanliness concerns, a broken toilet, and a malfunctioning air conditioner. Additionally, my key card stopped working several times, requiring repeated trips to the front desk for replacements. These repeated disruptions made for a frustrating and uncomfortable experience that did not meet the standards I expected.

Unfortunately, the second room was also problematic, with cleanliness concerns, a broken toilet, and a malfunctioning air conditioner. Additionally, my key card stopped working several times, requiring repeated trips to the front desk for replacements. These repeated disruptions made for a frustrating and uncomfortable experience that did not meet the standards I expected. This hotel was disappointing with several aspects of the experience. Upon arrival, there was no staff at the front desk—only a sign instructing guests to call a number for assistance, which felt impersonal and inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. The breakfast offerings were also below expectations: the food appeared to be frozen items that were undercooked and unappetizing. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that room service was unavailable after 4pm, which made it difficult to get basic amenities or assistance later in the day. Unfortunately, the lack of service and attention to guest comfort left much to be desired.

Liked: Location was perfect, right off the highway. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very quiet. Great price, I would stay here again.

Liked: I didn't eat. The room was filthy. I would not recommend this hotel. I will not return to this hotel.
