I called 3 times about the free wifi and no one could help. We had to pay for the upgraded wifi.

Liked: Rooms were nice.
Disliked: Wifi was horrible.

Liked: When I explained my problem to front desk, they immediately moved me to a non-smoking, newer room.
Disliked: Room had a strong odor from smoking and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I had requested a non-smoking room when I booked but was told there were none available via the site.

The hotel seemed not as clean as I expected. The room was small and the bed was only a regular size bed. We were told we would have a queen size bed. Also the tub did not drain and water stood in it.

Disliked: Would not recommend.

This was not a clean hotel. Their linen looked stained and dingy. There was hair in our bed too. There was sticky stuff in the carpet too. It was close to The Wharf which was great. Felt somewhat safe but did not want to sleep in the beds!
