Good room for the price....

Liked: location close to the I-75 and a good price. Easy to check in and out and lots of communications once boooked.
Disliked: Breakfast was super basic and the bed a bit hard. Also the place look taken care of but paint splotches were all over the bathroom floor. a damp rag would have taken care of that with a professional painter. Assuming it was a cheap contractor

Have stayed there every year...

Liked: When I went down for breakfast at 7am there wasn’t anything left, just a load of bread and an apple
Disliked: No staff at desk when needed, bathroom was dirty in our room, ice machine out of order, no breakfast left at 7am just a loaf of bread and an apple, decaf coffee was empty
