Disappointing

Liked: Location was ok, easy to get to. Breakfast was disappointing compared to over Microtel we have stayed at.
Disliked: No elevator at this location, breakfast was limited, uncomfortable seating. No microwave or fridge in room.

Very nice place to stay

Liked: Rooms were amazing. Beds were super comfortable.
Disliked: I understand they allow dogs but one down the hall wouldn’t stop barking and people kept slamming doors late at night

Liked: Staff, price and location. I especially like that one of the Franklin hiker shuttle stops was in the hotel parking lot.
Disliked: It was nice that they provided a free guest washing machine, but it was not working while we were there.

Disliked: Your site says 25.00 for pets. Arrived and they said 45.00 per night. I showed them your site, they said it’s still $45.00. The room smelledThe back door key did not work most of the time. The room was very small
