I had the opportunity to...

Liked: The complimentory breakfast was very adequate and had a good varity. The restaurant had it's limitations but was quite adequate.
Disliked: When checking in a better information package or reception would be helpful. since the hotel has many things to offer. They should be very proud to work and promote this great Hotel.

I will never stay at...

Liked: The room was large and clean. The chambermaid staff was extremely nice
Disliked: The staff at the front desk was extremely rude in particularly Maria. My credit card was charged without my knowledge before check out when I asked about this I was dismissed and embarrassed in front of other hotel guests. I will never stay at Microtel again. People were partying in the hallways until 3 AM with their doors open, and when I complained about this, my room was immediately charged to my credit card and I was treated very badly by front desk staff. This was a terrible experience at the end of what was a very nice Christmas gathering with my family. I will know better next time.
