Great location and comfy beds

Liked: Great location, big comfy beds and friendly staff
Disliked: Breakfast, they were out of milk, waffle mix and juice. Didn't seem to be well maintained in the sense of topping it up when things were empty had to ask staff for milk which they got but didn't check all the other things that needed replenishing

Liked: False advertising, the pictures posted are NOT what the hotel is ! It was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked ! They were people everywhere ( homeless ) . The inside smelled like a nursing home , there was no cleanness to this hotel, out room was not even cleaned by check in and we arrived an hour after check in, the door was open and seemed as if someone was living in the room, tiles were missing in the bathroom , smelled awful. No maintenance done to this property. People had their windows open and curtains were hanging out the window . I wouldn’t let my dog stay here let alone me and my family .

Liked: When i complained about the smaller room they gave us the suite and didn't charge us for the small room. When I asked, they gave us a coffee pot.
Disliked: The ice machine was down the entire time. The juice machine was down the entire time. We had to ask for milk for the cereal. There was a mouse in the first room we got. Every light shade in the room was not put on correctly, the closet didn't have a curtain rod or hangers. There were no coffee pots.

Liked: It was great location for me and customer care was hospitable. They also provided shuttle which is so great!
Disliked: They could do better with breakfast options, could be healthy and 24/7 coffee.
