The room was small, but the bed was so comfy, slept so well! Super clean! Would definitely stay there again! In fact we are planning to, after the next concert! The breakfast was really good as well!

The way not to start...

Liked: The desk person on Saturday was most helpful and was extremely busy at the time of our arrival around 4:30 PM. He went out of his way to not only help us but others as well.
Disliked: The 2 desk people were more interested in their phones (texting) than making sure the breakfast setup was ready on Sunday morning. We left at 6:30 am and went to a McDonalds. The room was not like the photo presented (Queen Studio Suite) when I booked the Mobility Access room. No couch, just 2 hard chairs, no outlets at the bedside for phone hookups, refrigerator set on high would cool but not make items cold enough to put back into the cooler, broken tiles in bathroom and my request to have a room not on the highway side due to noise didn't happen because they were sold out even though I received a message that stated" We're happy to let you know that the property has confirmed they can arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this"

Liked: Upon arriving for our stay at the hotel, the two ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Compared to surrounding hotels, the nightly cost was very reasonable. Very clean.
Disliked: Only a couple issues that could have made our stay better …… The shower had very little water pressure. Secondly, in my opinion 9 o’clock is too early for the breakfast food. By the time I got there at 8:50 the room was full of people waiting for breakfast … unfortunately there was minimal breakfast items left to be served. Quite a few disappointed people looking for breakfast but turned away when they saw the dishes empty. I was fortunate to grab the last two bagels and two boiled eggs … no salt and pepper anywhere.
