Exceptional

Liked: James that was working at the front desk was exceptional. Very welcoming when we checked in, treated us like we were family. We had a problem with our air conditioner not working in our room. He came checked it out, and offered us another room immediately. He made our stay great, he had a great attitude and really helped in any way he could. We would definitely recommend staying here and will most definitely be back. James is an exceptional employee.

Just ok

Liked: It was conveniently located near the airport and Fort Benning.
Disliked: The elevator smelled like dog every time I got in it. The room keys had to be rekeyed twice during my 3 night stay. I asked for clean towels and it was several hours before I was able to catch someone with a laundry cart who gave me two clean towels. The garbage cans in my room were never emptied during my stay. The pool was not available for use.

Liked: The young woman at the desk when we checked in was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was lacking to say the least. Had oatmeal: no way to cook it; apple juice tasted like water with an apple waved over it! Two muffins and a slice of bread for toast! The air conditioner in our room was noisy! The pool was filthy!

Disliked: The customer service from this hotel is absolutely atrocious and they would benefit from a retrain. There operations are borderline scamming and absolutely unethical. If you choose to stay at this hotel, I would also never suggest transacting any money to this hotel before your business is completed.
