Disliked: That I got accused of having a dog because I have blonde hair in and of course when I come my hair it sheds and they took 150 dollars out my bank account without knowing for sure if it was a dog in there Ill never stay at this hotel again !

Awesome

Liked: It was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and polite. And the breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: No complaints from me .We had a great time and would consider coming back.

Might have been ok is out room wasn't already booked with another guest

Liked: The staff was very friendly .check-in was very easy. That was not the issue at all
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the room we were booked in 402 was occupied with another guest, so when we opened the door, they were there. So I ended up getting a refund and going elsewhere. I also believe that I should have seen credited a one night future free stay. But.....
