Disliked: The guy that checked us in did not run my card correctly so we had to pay cash. He did not seem very knowledgeable about how to check you in. While we were in our room the same guy that checked us in and three other men just unlocked our door and tried to walk in, we had the lock on so they couldn’t open it very much. We still have no idea why they did that. The hotel was very noisy, could hear people outside our room window all through the night and the man in Room beside us was loud talking on phone (I assume) in middle of night. Bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were awful. Overall not a good experience. Do not recommend

Liked: Room was fairly clean.
Disliked: Room was fine but the bathroom was not great. The tile floor in the bathroom was cracked and loose. The tiles kept lifting up in jagged pieces and cut our feet up.

Very nice, reasonable price, and...

Liked: The breakfast was adequate, could have had a few more options. But it was ok. The location was easy to get to and although I thought it could have been a bit more appealling on the outside, was very nice inside and met my expectations of needing a reasonable priced placed to stay on our way to Pella Tulip Festival.
Disliked: See above.
