Comfortable - felt like I...

Liked: Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast available. The staff were phenomenal! Jasmine and Tracie were so helpful to me. I walk with a cane and was having some difficulty maneuvering the bell hop cart with my stuff on it. Jasmine noticed and immediately came to my aid, wheeling the cart to my room and unloading it for me. She assisted me again when I returned with my dinner, carrying the food and walking with me to my room. Tracie graciously issued me a new key card when I clumsily dropped my original card between the seats of my car and couldn’t reach it.I felt cared for and welcome at the Microtel in Clarion.
Disliked: No complaints - only praise!!

Liked: We always stay here when we can it is comfortable and clean and quiet. Location is fantastic and off the road with a ton of food and shopping options. Breakfast is an added bonus.
Disliked: The alarm didn’t sound but that was probably user error

Great place & easy access...

Liked: The beds were very firm, which is what we are not accustomed to. We prefer a softer mattress. The extra bed had a great mattress which my daughter enjoyed. On the whole, a very clean hotel, with professional and courteous staff. Very easy access to I-80. We will be back again.

We purposely plan our trip...

Liked: Good location. We’ve stayed here before as we travel from Indiana to New York.
