Liked: The front desk staff was welcoming. I forget his name but he was a 10/10 for customer service. I arrived on 8/15 was running late due to traffic and he was so nice and understanding. Reassured me I still had my room.
Disliked: My bathroom floor was dirty. Toilet wasn’t cleaned. I just cleaned it myself. This was the first time I experienced something like this.

Liked: Room was nice, beds comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We were a family of four and we had a room with two queen beds. We arrived late 10:30pm, spent the night and left 7am. It was our stop heading to NYC. Breakfast was ok. We didn't like the eggs but we liked the pancakes. It seems the property has been remodeled. I would recommend it.
