Disliked: The spa was broken and that is something we always look for when booking.

Good

Liked: Very clean and easy access to places to take my dog.
Disliked: Bathroom didn’t have much counter space to put my toiletries on.

Awful!

Liked: The cleaning staff was great!
Disliked: The rooms were so small you could. Not have a recliner ot large chair. The breakfast was free because they were so small that we ate out most mornings. Our lay delegate has to have oxygen. All the hotels we have stayed at before would accept oxygen and have it waiting behind the desk. Microtel refused the order from Apria which meant we had to go to Tulsa to get oxygen. If we hadn't we would have had to call 911. The staff did not try to find solutions to our problems. We will never stay at a Microtel again and we will encourage our friends to do likewise.

Very Disappointing!

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Location was good.
Disliked: Room was dirty. There were bugs in the room both dead and alive! The grab bar in the shower was broken. Tub was slippery.

Not a bad place to...

Liked: The staff could not be any nicer. Everything was clean. Simple check in and out. Quiet environment was the best part. Most likely will stay here again.
Disliked: The mattress could have been a little softer but it was tolerable. The train goes by across from the property quite frequently. I know they can't help it. But something to figure in when wanting to rest.
