We had a great night. Very clean and the perfect size for us. Also would like to add that Checkers Taxi Service was excellent, great service and very nice driver.

Liked: Great staff. Very nice and pleasant to talk to.

Liked: Pet friendly. Decent breakfast. Good location
Disliked: Keys were unreliable. Staff said it was because they were near our cellphones, however mine had been in a pocket away from my phone. I wonder if they reuse them for too long?

Won't visit it again

Liked: Elba helped me with the cash paying option. It took her a long time to do it but she was patient. The dining area is decent and clean with cutlery and bottled water in the evening. It's convenient if you bought outside food or brought your own food. Breakfast is okay.
Disliked: They should have the option which allows people to pay cash. I travel to Rochester, Buffalo, Niagara falls often and I had zero issues paying cash with other hotels but only with Microtel Inn. The lady who served breakfast always had her earplugs. To me, it's very unprofessional for a service oriented work environment. You barely see any other staff at the front desk. They really don't care about customer service. The room is smelly and tight. The shower drain doesn't work. In general, I think there are serious issues with the hotel management.
