IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER

Liked: Hotel nice & clean & was able to accommodate our request for ground floor. Room was spacious but maybe because we booked 2 queen bedsBreakfast was okay
Disliked: I checked in on line & was told to just stop @ the reception to pick up keys. It was a little busy so the keys weren't ready which was no big deal. We were given a room next to the door to the stairs & a side door to the hotel. There's a loud bang every time it open & closes. It was annoying & couldn't rest with all that noise. I did talk to someone at the reception & he said he was going to put a sign. Unfortunately when we checked, the sign said don't prop this door instead of don't bang the door. We just wanted to rest after driving 6-7 hours & this is what we got. No hot water in the sink or shower. What a waste of water running it to get hot water which didn't come. Glad it's not winter. No electrical outlet on the bedside so if you want to charge anything it has to be on the wall outlets which is a little inconvenient
