Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cartersville

Disliked: There was not any.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, my 1st time in a Microtel. The price was fair for what I received and the facility was clean.

Liked: Clean room; had everything I needed/expected. Facility was quiet. I felt safe in my surroundings. The check-in lady was extremely friendly.
Disliked: The Continental Breakfast could be upgraded a little. It's pretty skimpy.

I was not expecting much of this hotel - however, I was pleasantly surprised. Sold out, yet super patient staff, with attention to detail and great suggestions for local food. Clean rooms. They stepped up to the plate with a sold out status, and everyone was wonderful!

Liked: Super friendly staff; clean room.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Filthy and disgusting room. It looked like nothing was cleaned. The floor had dirt, 1 bed had brown and yellow stains all over the bottom of mattress, the other mattress had what looked like vomit on the side of it, there was urine all over the bottom side of the toilet, the tub had a ring around the inside like soap dirt build up, it was filthy!

Liked: Clean, safe and quiet.
Disliked: Room was showing some age. Breakfast bar was lacking a few things and unattended by staff. Simple stuff like no coffee, chairs still stacked on tables, lights not on, maybe full bar not available on Sundays.

Liked: Overall a good place to stay -- the breakfast part is very lacking of a good breakfast ! if any areas they can approve that would be it.
Disliked: no decent breakfast...............

Disappointing, we paid for a...

Disliked: The first room smoke detector chirping, the 2ndRoom no linens or towels, not cleaned, the third room chirping smoke detector, fourth room only one bed, we paid for two, every room smelled like smoke and had an over all dirty smell.

Disliked: This place did not meet the expectations of the Wyndham name at all. It was horrible we check into the room and did not spend 10 mins in it the toilet was not flushing. Horrible never again. Just waiting on my refund
