Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cartersville

Disliked: There was not any.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, my 1st time in a Microtel. The price was fair for what I received and the facility was clean.

Liked: Clean room; had everything I needed/expected. Facility was quiet. I felt safe in my surroundings. The check-in lady was extremely friendly.
Disliked: The Continental Breakfast could be upgraded a little. It's pretty skimpy.

I was not expecting much of this hotel - however, I was pleasantly surprised. Sold out, yet super patient staff, with attention to detail and great suggestions for local food. Clean rooms. They stepped up to the plate with a sold out status, and everyone was wonderful!

Disliked: The fact that the last time I stayed here there was a refrigerator and microwave in my room. I didn’t have access to to the ice machine on one was on the 1st floor. The microwave was dirty in the breakfast area. Also I check was at 11am so why I had my do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaning crew tried to rush me out at 9:00 and then came again at 10:20 like that was rude and I will never stay there again.

Liked: Good prices for a quick night stay after being on the road for 12+ hours
Disliked: Air didn’t seem to work too well, son was complaining he was hot all night.
