It was what we needed.

Disliked: We were ignored upon arrival for over 15 minutes as the gentleman was on the phone! We left and came back a half hour later. A nice young lady helped us check in.

Liked: Everything! There wasn’t one staff member who wasn’t smiling and friendly. They all genuinely liked their job and helping people. Cudos to management!

Liked: I like the location and the place.
Disliked: The fact that when I first checked in, I was supposed to be there for 3 days. One of the staffs came the day after I checked in … knocked on my door saying that I had to check out. And when I told them that I’m supposed to be there for 3 days, they apologized. And that day when I was leaving I was supposed to leave at 3pm (because they suggested it on the app, I selected it…paid for it and got approved). One of them came knocked on the door very loud around 1055am saying that I needed to leave…I had to explain myself overwhelmingly and I had to go search on my email to show them everything…that was not cool at all…very unprofessional and disrespectful…
