Good for a quick stay

Liked: Breakfast was a reasonably good variety and reasonably fresh but if you are a picky eater, you can notice the difference. Also staff was very accommodating and understood our changing needs without question. Thank you for being symapthetic and good listeners. :-)
Disliked: The plumbing in the room was a bit strong for the sink so lift handle carefully. Also water sprayed out of the shower. Could also use some spare pillows.

Misinformation about pool/ missed bathroom

Liked: Kathy, the breakfast lady was very helpful, hard-working and sweet. My kids loved the variety of breakfast items. The set up of the room is nice, with the long desk/ table.
Disliked: The bathroom had not been cleaned. The toilet didn't flush right. There were two bars of used soap in the shower, a used towel hanging behind the door, and the shower and floor were dirty. Also Bookings said the pool was open, which was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel, but the front desk guy said it wasn't open.
