Liked: The room itself was fine. Just a basic, cookie-cutter hotel room. It had a cute little window lounger type thing but if you wanted to lay back and read by the window you would only see a concrete barrier and a walking path covered in trash. The TV was about 65” so that was nice, and it looked fancy with a mirror and modern lighting installed above the headboard, but that was about it…
Disliked: I wanted to cancel my booking but was stuck in a bunch of unpredictable construction zone traffic for miles on end, which turned my 5pm arrival time into a 10pm arrival. I am from out of state and I am still getting used to both of the time zone changes I have gone through on my way here as well as the speed on the highways, so I was very focused on the road.The second I was able to pull off safely to a truck stop I called to cancel due to how late it was getting and how far away I still was and I was already tired. The full cancellation refund was available until 6pm and it was just 6:10pm when I was able to make the call. I was expecting for some amount of understanding and at least some of my money back. They didn’t seem to comprehend why it would be dangerous for me to keep driving that long as tired as I was and couldn’t understand why I wanted to cancel.Also, in the room there was no hair dryer, an old rusty ironing board covered in stains, no comforter on the bed, filthy windows that looked out into trash and a concrete wall, only one outlet worked, the clock radio was an hour off, and the top drawer of the dresser was taped shut with office tape. I was staying in an ADA friendly room due to health issues as well, and they told me to take my luggage upstairs using the rolling rack but never offered to help, and had me bring it back down as well.Just miserable in every way…

Disliked: Some amenities, such as coffee maker, were only in suites.Water in shower and sink never got hotter than lukewarm

Liked: The location was excellent, the staff was good, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: We only had a reservation for one night and there was absolutely no hot water in the hole hotel

Disliked: Hot water went out on day 2 and did not get fixed rest of stay.

Clean, comfy, great location for...

Liked: Location made it easy to find. The front desk was helpful. The room was nice, clean, and the bedding was actually soft, didn't feel like rolling around in packing paper. I almost didn't choose this hotel because of the Wyndham name- 4 days before we stayed here, we stayed at a DIFFERENT Wyndham property and it was absolutely horrifying. This location was like night and day, really good.
Disliked: The phone was disconnected. Like there was a phone, and it was plugged in to the electrical outlet, but there wasn't even a CORD for the actual phone line. Made it impossible to call down to the front desk, let alone call out at all. Also, the walls are kinda thin.
