Liked: the beds were firm and the pillows were perfect. There were four pillows which were slim and not overstuffed. large stuffed pillows are not comfortable for sleeping. These were perfect.
Disliked: I could hear the person in the next room snoring. And I also hear talk and TV noise. This is a typical problem in mid range hotels due to the cheap construction of thin walls. Sound proofing should be added.

Disliked: I ordered a room with a kitchenette and more square footage. I got a room that was less than what I initially booked for in space.

Very good
Liked: I enjoyed my 2 night stay. I was in town for a funeral. I would stay here again. I would also tell others about the hotel. I just wish the breakfast had better options. But it is a nice hotel. Nice staff and cleaning crew.

Miserable, we will never stay...
Liked: The location was ok and the coffee was decent
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable and I had to beg to get an additional pillow. We were also woken up with a very noisy family around 4:00am one morning. We were on the first floor not far from the desk, I’m sure whoever was on duty heard the noise and should have intervened for their other sleeping patrons but they did not. We ended up checking out a day early because we couldn’t take another night there. Also, the tub didn’t drain properly and the fridge seemed to not cool well.
