Disliked: Room was very small. Mattress was uncomfortable (hard).

Hotel not as expected due...

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly, empathetic, and offered alternative solutions in a challenging situation.
Disliked: The entire hotel smelled of smoke and the facilities were outdated and falling apart. For example, the hallway carpets were stained, the room carpets were ripped, there were stains in the bathroom tub. When we showed up after dark to check in with two small children, as soon as we walked in, the entire facility smelled of smoke and cleaners trying to cover up the smell of smoke. My sister in law’s asthma started acting up and my 3 yo son asked what the smell was. We could not put my children’s health at risk so we asked the front desk for an alternative room. When that room was just as bad, he offered to comp our room and referred us to their sister hotel - the Econolodge - across the street, which had rooms recently renovated. Both hotel staff were understanding and helped us figure out a solution. We were told that the hotel was entirely smoke free but there were workers staying there that were bringing the smoke smell in. That seems possible but extreme given how ingrained the smell seemed throughout the hotel.

Good solid motel.

Liked: The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is good too. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. On check in the staff asked if we wanted a 1st or 2nd floor room as there was no lift which I thought was considerate. There is plenty of free parking too. There are lots of places to get food from nearby.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I've stayed here multiple times, and I'll keep returning. The facilities are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the price is very reasonable.
Disliked: That I had to leave.

Liked: The accessibility for my wheelchair was perfect. I now know where to actually find a room that I can actually use
Disliked: The parking lot! A semi truck tried to pull into the lot and asked me to move my van from the handicap parking lot! Seriously told me to "Go ahead and just move so he can get in!" Then since there were other handicap drivers parked he still struggled. Maybe truckers need to know that the lot is not suitable

Property and Rooms smelled awful....

Disliked: Looked like a cheap motel. Lobby and hallway smelled like marijuana. Room smelled liked a dead rodents. Did not stay at property and requested a refund.
