Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baton Rouge Airport

The hotel room was very outdated. Rusty. The shower was not adequate for handicap. Everything was really old in the room. It had a very musty smell. The carpet was filthy. You could tell when you stepped onto the floor and off the carpet the dirt from your feet; the microwave was rusty. The door was rusty. It was a chip in the wood on the door, and you can tell it was not thoroughly clean like a Hotel should be cleaned and the mattress has stains on it. Very filthy and disgusting. It was so dirty when I get home, I took a deep cleansing hot hot bath.

Liked: Staff nice and fry.
Disliked: Dirty sheets towels bugs in the room musty etc.

Location was good and stay...

Liked: Room was very clean, the accommodations were good. We booked 2 rooms for extended family. The pool was lovely and the setting was very relaxing. Breakfast was minimal but clean. My kiddo enjoyed the pool and proximity to restaurants.
Disliked: The room AC was very sporadic. It acted as if it would freeze up....fan still running but the air was not the temp it was set for in the room. Made sleep difficult due to the rising temps
