Quality Stay. Would definitely come...

Liked: Attractive building, comfortable beds, good shower pressure, convenient location, clean rooms and common areas, polite staff, nice assortment of breakfast items, easy check in/out.

Liked: Sally at the front desk was amazing! She was so calm, organized, professional and courteous. Made us feel welcome and at ease. The breakfast chef was friendly and helpful, everything was clean and promptly refilled. The gentleman who guarded and organized the pool was also fantastic.We enjoyed the cozy rooms, comfy beds, full size shampoo and conditioner, the swimming pool was warm and clean, hockey maple leaf party! Just wish they had dairy free options for milk and butter at the breakfast. Overall the staff made this hotel shine.

It was a great stay...

Liked: I liked the fitness center and the hot tub and the breakfast the room was great
Disliked: The pool had some flies in it it should be cleaned before having it open I did not need any dead flies in my hair

Liked: breakfast was good the only bad thing about this location is that there are no restaurants on this side of the road
Disliked: given the room right outside the elevator so went right back downstairs and changed that to a different room, the next day room service came in and made the beds which was nice but took a several towels and cloths but didn't replace them so we were left short and they didn't replenish the coffee pods, supplies and our body wash was empty when we checked in, toilet was broken and we constantly had to fiddle with it to flush and fill but my daughter was recovering from surgery so didn't want someone in there trying to fix it (as it wasn't going to be a quick fix) and didn't want to have to move rooms after she was recovering from surgery. Was only offered a snack for the road for the inconveniences upon check out - a discount would have been more appropriate.
