Liked: I enjoyed my time at the hotel. Check in was fast and staff were efficient and friendly. The room was larger than expected and close to my conference.

Overall, the experience was positive: the hotel matches its price point, and the value for money is good. A couple of times, housekeeping forgot to clean the room, so cleanliness was not always perfect. However, considering the rate charged, I did not expect higher-level service. The rooms have remained the same as before, which in a way is part of the hotel’s charm. There are pharmacies and stores nearby, and it’s only about a 10-minute taxi ride to the University of Michigan. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
Disliked: Everything was generally good, but perhaps some minor improvements could make the stay even better. For example, ensuring more consistent housekeeping, offering a bit more variety at breakfast, and making sure the bed linen smells extra fresh. These are just minor details; overall, we were satisfied.
