Liked: Great experience from check in to check out. We stay here when we come to visit family. The price is right, rooms are comfortable and we get adjoining rooms, which is convenient and we love that. The kids enjoy swimming in the indoor pool. I really like the pre-checkin option, it makes it a fast and convenient check-in.

Liked: Everything was great until after I checked out. 2 hours later I noticed an additional 23 dollar charge. When I called to ask why she hung up the phone. I called back multiple times and it says my # was blocked as a screening program! I am so hurt as I was going to stay at Microtel in Ratone NM. I decided to stay elsewhere as it seems someone decided to not like me without ever talking to me? I even called before checking out. I left the room in good condition so this is not OK! If somebody calls me and apologizes I would love to stay there alot but this post stay experience has me shaken up!
Disliked: I would have given you rave reviews except for what happened after I checked out!
